My background spans engineering, leadership, strategy, and transformation. I work with teams navigating growth, complexity, or change, and I’m especially drawn to the space where execution and purpose meet. That might show up through agile transformation, OKRs, product mindset, or leadership development, but the real work is always deeper: alignment, trust, and momentum.

Over time, that same lens has turned inward. I’ve done my own work through self-inquiry, reflection, and a steady commitment to growth, and I bring that perspective into my coaching and transformation work. It’s not about drawing lines between domains, but about helping people move with more clarity, intention, and momentum in whatever path they’re on.

These days, I split my time between consulting with growing companies and working with individuals through coaching, integration, and deeper one-on-one work. Whether in a boardroom or on a mountain trail, I’m most alive when helping others reconnect to what’s real.
